I might hit the highter areas of Zek for a bit as I've got about 20 outstanding quests (e.g. Trunklords) that I want to get out of the way. There are a good deal of 35 - 40 mobs there in the initial areas of Feerrott - and this really helped me get from 38 to 40 without much problems. At 40 I moved on to Everfrost - and did the wolves (Take the reins guild writs from Concordium). At 40 - I would die about 1 in 30 encounters - not so bad when fighting 3 - 5 lvls higher than myself). I went from Zek to Feerrott.
